A: Print on demand (POD) is a cutting-edge method that allows us to create custom apparel and products tailored to your unique style, without the need for traditional inventory. Here's how it works:

1. Design Submission:
   You choose your favorite design from our collections. Once you've made your selection, the design is sent to one of our worldwide, state of the art printing partners.
2. Worldwide Production:
   Unlike traditional manufacturing processes that require large-scale production and shipping, our POD model sends your design to the production facility closest to your location. This not only minimizes our carbon footprint but also reduces shipping times, ensuring your order reaches you in record time.
3. Sustainability:
   We are committed to sustainability and reducing waste. With POD, we only print the items that are ordered, eliminating excess inventory and reducing environmental impact.
4. No Stock Held:
   At Highly Vocal, we don't hold stock of pre-printed items. Each product is created on demand, ensuring that you receive a freshly printed, high-quality item every time.

A: Currently, we're excited to bring our custom creations to doorsteps in the US and the UK. Our goal is to creatively dress voice actors worldwide, so stay tuned! We're working hard to expand our shipping reach globally in the future.

To keep shipping costs down and ensure that each item reaches you with a minimal environmental footprint, we print our products as close as possible to your location. The actual shipping costs will be transparently displayed at the payment step, so you know exactly what you're investing in. Here's to dressing up the world, one location at a time!

Please note that all our apparel items are custom printed on demand This means that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items unless there is a defect in the product.

How to Get in Touch:

Documenting the Issue:
If you believe there is a printing error, we request that you capture a series of clear images of the problematic item in good lighting. Please send these images to support@highlyvocal.com along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Our Investigation Process:
Upon receiving your images, we will swiftly engage with our suppliers to investigate the root cause of the problem. We are committed to resolving any printing issues to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Refund for Faulty Items:
In the rare instance that you receive a defective item due to a printing error or other manufacturing issues, we will gladly provide a refund. Your happiness with our products is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to rectify any problems that may arise.

1. Incorrect Sizes or Colors: Please double-check your order before confirming. We provide detailed size charts to help you make an informed decision. Highly Vocal is not responsible for incorrect size or color selections made during the ordering process.
   
2. Address Verification: Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order. Highly Vocal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping estimations are usually between 4 and 7 business days.

Upon purchasing, an email will be sent to you which will include a tracking number/link for your item. This will take you to the carrier's website where you can track the progress of your order.
